Phone Repair 1 (Mouthpiece Problem)

Easy way to identify mouthpiece problem.

1. Whenever you make calls with your cell phone people don't hear what you are saying.
But it's not always mouthpiece can cause that, bad network can be responsible for that.

2. Another way to be sure if your mouthpiece is bad is, try to use your cell phone record voice. After recording play the sound, if you can't hear anything just know your mouthpiece is bad and need fixing.

So whenever your mouthpiece is failing probably people can't hear what you are saying it is best to take it to a qualified mobile phone repairer.
He is in the best position to fix it.
Now lets say you are here as a learner. How can you fix it yourself?

Before you proceed, ask yourself. Can I open this phone. If you can't that is another trouble. So be sure you can open the phone without braking it or adding other issues.

Now check if there are dirt in the mouthpiece hollow. If it is neat, you can proceed to opening the phone.
Keep in mind that we have over two types of mouth piece, though two majored.

1. Universal mouthpiece

2. Micro mouthpiece

Most android uses micro. So changing them is very complicated.
But it is very easy to change universal. It's just a mater of using soldering iron to remove the old one and replacing with the new one.

But as for micro mouth piece, you will need to use heater to remove it from the phone panel. Then fixing a new micro back is even more complicated. Too much heat can destroy it. So be carful how you heat the new one. But great engineers can use universal to replace micro mouthpiece.

This step is very easy only if you know how to bypass the whole stuff.
